Comprehensive Policies & Programs
We’ve developed comprehensive safety policies and programs that take government regulations, consensus standards and best practices and combine them to develop a system that encourages and guides us to be a safety leader in the industry. These programs include risk assessments, work procedures, job analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
We invest in safety through our capital expenditure process. The Environmental, Health & Safety team works with each department to develop a list of potential safety improvements each year. We invest a great deal of time, energy and money to make significant safety improvements to our operations.
All employees are encouraged to participate in our safety program through our safety committees or suggestion programs.
